Kitchen 3: Chef Adolfo's Place (Part 1) |

On March 17, Julie, Gayle, and two our our New Orleans friends will be enjoying a Chef's table meal at one of Chef Adolfo's restaurants. The difference between this and other "Chef's Table" experiences is that Mark will be working with Chef Adolfo to prepare the meal. Mark will spend the entire day with Chef Adolfo, beginning with going to the markets to select fresh ingredients for the day's meals, developing and writing the menu, selecting appropriate wines for each course, prepping, cooking and serving the meal. After the experience, we hope to post some photos of Mark in "his" third kitchen at Chef Adolfo's. If you haven't heard of Chef Adolfo, you will.
